pk70 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and pk70 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk70 platform at pk70.ws, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features made available through the platform.

Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on pk70. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of pk70 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on pk70, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. pk70 reserves the right to verify eligibility and to close any account that does not meet these requirements, with any balance returned to the player following satisfactory KYC review.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify local laws before registering.
• You must register only one account per person, household, device, and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and promptly update it if any detail changes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of pk70 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk70 account credentials, including your username, password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. pk70 will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including SMS, email, telephone or social media.

You must notify pk70 support immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been shared or stolen. pk70 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to [email protected] without delay.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

pk70 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh residents: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. pk70 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the same business day. In some cases, additional verification may delay processing. pk70 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in funds being returned and the account reviewed.
• pk70 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees. Check with your provider before transacting.
• All withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• pk70 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and source of funds before processing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk70 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

In the event that a player registers for a bonus or promotion without reading the applicable terms, pk70 will not be responsible for any resulting misunderstanding. General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification unless the promotion states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested, unless the specific promotion states a different rollover.
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific game categories or sports markets designated in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus being voided.
• pk70 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time if technical errors, abuse, or fraud is detected in connection with that promotion.

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to open or operate a duplicate account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, data-scraping tool or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of errors in software or pricing to generate artificial winnings.
• Using the platform for money laundering, including making deposits with no intention to place genuine bets and then immediately requesting withdrawal.
• Providing false identification documents or falsifying any personal information during registration or KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk70 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pk70 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the pk70 platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk70 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services.

pk70 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability or completeness of the platform or its content. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pk70 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of pk70 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by those changes. If a revision is material, pk70 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice within the platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk70 platform shall first be submitted to pk70 customer support for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.
